Strategy
Frameworks that turn guest experience from an aspiration into a repeatable, measurable outcome.
Commercial
How great guest experience builds trust, grows loyalty and strengthens direct booking over time.
Technology
Hotel technology examined with clarity, where it amplifies the people and thinking that deliver experience.
Marketing & brand
How hotels build and protect their brand through every guest interaction.
Operations
The processes, standards and coordination between departments that deliver a consistent stay.
Leadership
The human layer beneath every framework: leadership, accountability and culture.
From the same community
The magazine grew out of the Forum, an invite-only room for Directors, VPs and C-suite hoteliers to talk honestly about what is working in guest experience. Five events so far, more than 480 hotel leaders, three years running.

If you work in hotels and have something the industry should hear, we want to talk to you. We publish hoteliers who are shaping guest experience: practitioners, not commentators.
Share your experience in a featured interview with our editors.
A column, an opinion piece, or a framework others can use.
A trend or challenge you think the industry is not talking about enough.
Four times a year, free. Peer-led editorial from across the hotel industry, straight from the conversations inside the Forum.
Why we publish
Guest experience deserves the same rigour as revenue and operations. We look at it across strategy, operations, technology and culture, so hoteliers can shape it with confidence.
