IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of Crowne Plaza Lagos Ikeja, a 119-room hotel set to open in early 2028, bringing its premium brand to Nigeria’s dynamic commercial capital. This strategic venture is in partnership with Watercress Hotel International Limited and managed by Valor Hospitality Partners, a trusted global operations partner of IHG.

Situated in the heart of Ikeja, Lagos’ key administrative and commercial district, the hotel will offer excellent access to:

The deal was advised by HeroPlus Hospitality Consulting, led by Olayiwola Matthew, supporting Watercress through strategy, feasibility, and brand negotiations.
