IHG Hotels & Resorts, one of the world’s leading hotel companies, has partnered with Haware Engineers & Builders to introduce Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pen Mumbai Goa Highway, set to open in early 2028. The 126-room property will strengthen IHG’s presence in Maharashtra, catering to the growing demand for high-quality accommodation in the region.
Holiday Inn Express, IHG’s largest and fastest-growing brand with over 3,200 hotels worldwide, has been redefining smart travel since 1990. The upcoming hotel will provide comfort, efficiency, and modern amenities curated to the needs of business and leisure travellers.
Located in Pen, a rapidly developing industrial hub within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), the hotel will offer 126 well-appointed rooms, a dining venue, banquet facilities, spacious meeting areas, and a fitness centre, ensuring an optimal experience for business travellers.

The group has a strong pipeline of 60 new hotels expected to open in the next 3-5 years, further cementing its commitment to growth in India’s hospitality sector.
