Global hospitality leader Hilton (NYSE: HLT) has announced the strategic signing of two landmark airport hotels in India’s Silicon Valley: Conrad Bengaluru Airport and Hilton Bengaluru Airport. Developed in partnership with Bengaluru based Kalyani Group, the dual-brand cluster complex will add 600 premium rooms to the city’s rapidly expanding commercial and transit ecosystem.

Slated to open in 2030, the agreement marks Hilton’s second Conrad property and fourth core-brand Hilton hotel in Bengaluru, deepening its presence across South Asia’s primary technology and aviation corridors.

Dual-Brand Hub at KIADB Hi-Tech Defence & Aerospace Park

The cluster complex will be situated within the KIADB Hi-Tech Defence and Aerospace Park, approximately 20 minutes from Kempegowda International Airport (BLR). Positioned to serve domestic and international business travellers, technology executives, and aviation delegates, each brand will offer a distinct accommodation tier:

  • Conrad Bengaluru Airport (300 keys): Delivering contemporary luxury through art-curated spaces, elevated guest amenities, and personalised lifestyle services.
  • Hilton Bengaluru Airport (300 keys): Providing world-class, full-service accommodations tailored for premium business, leisure, and transit guests.

The dual-property development will feature approximately 72,000 square feet of combined MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) space, positioning it as one of the largest hotel event venues serving the airport hub.

Deepening Partnership with Kalyani Group

The development builds upon Hilton’s existing relationship with the Kalyani Group following the successful launch of DoubleTree by Hilton Bengaluru Whitefield in 2024.

“Following the success of DoubleTree by Hilton Bengaluru Whitefield, this signing marks a natural next step in expanding our hospitality presence in the city. We are pleased to bring Conrad Bengaluru Airport and Hilton Bengaluru Airport to support the city’s growing demand for high-quality hospitality offerings, while contributing to its continued evolution as one of India’s most dynamic business and travel destinations.”
