International financial markets provider Garnet Trade has signed a strategic $2 million technology partnership agreement with technology developer Eximus. The deal forms a core pillar of the firm’s strategy to reinforce its technological infrastructure, expand its proprietary digital trading ecosystem, and enhance the overall investor experience.
Under the terms of the agreement, the capital commitment will target two primary operational areas: the development of Garnet Trade’s customer relationship management (CRM) infrastructure and significant technological enhancements to Garnet Private, the firm’s proprietary trading interface positioned as an alternative to MetaTrader 5 (MT5).
Garnet Private at the Core of Digital Strategy
As technology plays an increasingly pivotal role in trading performance and broker operations, Garnet Trade is centering its long-term digital road-map around proprietary interfaces. Through the integration of Eximus’s development capabilities, Garnet Private will undergo comprehensive upgrades focusing on user experience (UX), system execution speeds, platform scalability, and deep back-end integration.
Rather than relying solely on third-party trading terminals, Garnet Trade views Garnet Private as the foundation of an independent, brand-aligned digital ecosystem designed to scale alongside its growing global client base.
Scaling Back-End and Operational CRM Infrastructure
Parallel to investor-facing platform upgrades, the partnership focuses on modernising Garnet Trade’s internal operational systems. The updated CRM architecture will streamline communication across investor relations, strengthen API integrations between disparate software systems, and provide a flexible framework capable of handling heightened trading volumes.
By simultaneously upgrading client-facing interfaces and back-office management tools, Garnet Trade aims to establish a seamless operational feedback loop across its international network.
