The collaboration integrates Amadeus’ HotSOS service optimisation solution with Canary’s AI-powered Guest Messaging system, streamlining hotel operations and boosting efficiency.

This integration connects front-of-house guest requests directly with back-of-house teams. Service requests are automatically logged and turned into fulfilment tickets, reducing manual tasks and ensuring quicker responses. With staff shortages affecting the industry and guest satisfaction scores declining, efficiency has become more crucial than ever.
