This inaugural Hotel Guest Experience Forum was a resounding success, bringing together over 120 attendees, including 98 hoteliers from 67 Hotel brands. Held at the prestigious Waldorf Hilton in London, it served as a groundbreaking platform for engaging discussions, meaningful networking, and impactful collaboration.

Through a diverse range of topics and insightful sessions, the forum created opportunities for fostering interdepartmental collaborations, all aimed at enhancing guest experiences. Attendees explored innovative strategies and shared perspectives that paved the way for holistic approaches to improving the guest journey.

As the hotel sector continues to evolve, HGEF London 2024 showcased significant advancements and growth opportunities in guest experience. With a guaranteed 2:1 ratio of hotel leaders to other attendees, we exceeded expectations, achieving an impressive 3:1 ratio, further enhancing to create exceptional experience for everyone involved.
