Steve joined the SHR Digital team in 2015 and has worked across various senior roles focused on Customer Success utilizing world class Digital Marketing and our leading hotel software allora.ai.

Day to day Steve works with his various teams across Paid Search, Search Engine Optimisation, Social Media Ads, Data & Insights and Digital Marketing Strategy for hundreds of Hotels across the world. Prior to his time in hospitality marketing he worked in scaling B2B telecommunications through new technology and customer operations for luxury retail.
