While Marston’s is best known for its network of over 1,500 pubs, the company also oversees nearly 1,800 guest rooms, where future-proofing and efficiency have become top priorities.
By implementing Mews, Marston’s can now offer a more seamless experience for guests, allowing check-in and check-out processes to be completed directly from a tablet or phone. This shift not only enhances guest convenience but also improves day-to-day operations for the business.
