IHG Hotels & Resorts, one of the world’s leading hospitality companies, has announced the signing of voco Bangkok Siam, a landmark new-build property set to open in 2029 in partnership with SCX Corporation Company Limited, a subsidiary of SC Asset Public Company Limited.
Located on Phayathai Road in the heart of Bangkok’s vibrant Siam district, the 350-key, 28-storey hotel will offer guests direct access to premier shopping destinations including Siam Paragon, MBK Center, and Siam Discovery, as well as the BTS Siam station.
A Strategic Expansion for IHG’s Fastest-Growing Premium Brand
The signing marks a significant milestone for voco, IHG’s fastest-growing premium brand, which has surpassed 100 open hotels globally since its launch in 2018. voco Bangkok Siam will join a pipeline of 102 properties across 25 countries, reflecting the brand’s rapid expansion and appeal to modern travellers seeking comfort with character.
Guests can expect voco’s signature warm welcome, locally inspired touches, and relaxed yet refined atmosphere, hallmarks of the brand’s “unstuffy” approach to premium hospitality.

The hotel will feature a rooftop pool with panoramic skyline views, a restaurant and bar, fitness centre, and meeting facilities, catering to both leisure guests and corporate travellers. Its central location places it at the crossroads of culture, commerce, and entertainment.
