SuitePad, a global leader in in-room tablet solutions for hotels, has officially opened its first office in the United States, marking a pivotal step in its international growth strategy. The expansion strengthens SuitePad’s ability to serve the North American hospitality market with regionally tailored support and responsive service.
Even before the Orlando-based office opened its doors, SuitePad had already secured 10 U.S.-based hotel partnerships, including:
- Brownwood Hotel & Spa, The Villages, Florida
- Marenas Beach Resort, Florida
- Iris Hotel Boston and Iris Hotel Cape Cod, operated by Wagner Hospitality
A Strategic Move for Localised Growth
Leading the expansion on-site is Moritz von Petersdorff-Campen, CEO of SuitePad Inc., who emphasised the importance of proximity to customers and partners.
“Opening our US office is a strategic step to meet the needs of hotels in the region more directly,” said Petersdorff-Campen. “The early adoption by 10 hotels reflects strong market demand and confidence in our performance-based pricing model.”
SuitePad is also building a dedicated U.S. team, including customer support specialists, to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing service for hotel partners.
Enhancing Guest Experience and Operational Efficiency
Early adopters have praised SuitePad’s ability to streamline communication, enhance service delivery, and reduce reliance on traditional methods.
“SuitePad’s approach, combined with its new US-based support, made it the right choice for us,” said Gilles Cassiani, General Manager at Brownwood Hotel & Spa.
“With SuitePad, we can deliver quick, in-room access to services that match our properties’ lifestyle,” added Wagner Quintanilha, President at Wagner Hospitality Management.
“SuitePad enhances the guest experience and provides a more sustainable and efficient alternative,” said Cynthia Perez, Managing Director at Marenas Beach Resort.
A Platform Built for Modern Hospitality
SuitePad’s in-room tablets offer hotels a centralised platform for:
- Real-time service requests
- Guest communication and feedback
- Upselling amenities and experiences
- Replacing printed materials with digital alternatives
With its U.S. launch, SuitePad is poised to become a key technology partner for hotels seeking to modernise operations and elevate guest engagement.
