Nightfood Holdings, Inc., a leader in hospitality automation, has acquired Skytech Automated Solutions, Inc., a specialist in AI-powered service technologies for hotels. This move strengthens Nightfood’s position in the industry and builds on its recent purchase of Carryout Supplies (S W C Group).
Skytech is well-known for its Laundry Helper robot, which has been successfully deployed in numerous hotels. With a strong track record in AI-driven automation, Skytech’s expertise complements Nightfood’s strategy of combining hotel ownership with Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) solutions.
Jamie Steigerwald, Chairman of Nightfood Holdings, described the acquisition as a major step forward in expanding automation across the hotel industry.
