A Visionary Collaboration

Senior leaders from both companies were present to celebrate the milestone, which builds on a two-decade-long relationship between Marriott and Panchshil Realty, Ventive’s parent group.
“We are thrilled to work with Ventive Hospitality as we continue to meet the growing demand for luxury travel experiences,” said Rajeev Menon. “The Ritz-Carlton Reserve debut in Sri Lanka is especially exciting.”
“This signing marks a pivotal moment in our journey to redefine India’s hospitality sector,” added Atul Chordia. “We aim to create distinctive destinations that elevate guest experiences for both business and leisure travellers.”
Strategic Growth and Brand Innovation
The partnership introduces dual-branded developments, such as the JW Marriott and Moxy in Navi Mumbai, and expands Marriott’s presence in emerging markets like Mundra and Varanasi. It also supports Ventive’s post-IPO growth strategy, reinforcing its position as a leading developer and asset manager in the region.
“We’re committed to aggressive growth and globally benchmarked destinations,” said Ranjit Batra, CEO of Ventive Hospitality Ltd. “This partnership is a key step in delivering exceptional guest experiences.”
This landmark deal not only strengthens Marriott’s footprint in South Asia but also sets the stage for transformative hospitality experiences across the region.
