IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed an exciting new agreement with Koushan Real Estate Development Company to open two new hotels in King Abdullah Sports City (KASC), Jeddah. This dual-brand project will introduce Kimpton and EVEN Hotels to Saudi Arabia for the first time and is set to open in 2028.
The hotels will be located in the heart of KASC, a landmark area that surrounds the stadium set to host the 2034 FIFA World Cup. This move supports Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals by adding high-quality hospitality options to a growing destination.
Two Distinctive Hotel Brands, One Landmark Location
- Kimpton Jeddah KASC (330 rooms): Known for its boutique style, bold design, and warm service, this hotel will offer specialty restaurants, wellness facilities, and flexible event spaces. It’s designed to be a social and cultural hub for locals and travellers alike.
- EVEN Hotel Jeddah KASC (255 rooms): Built with wellness in mind, this hotel will cater to travellers who want to stay active and balanced. It will include in-room fitness zones, healthy food options, and modern recreational spaces.
Designed for All Types of Travellers
These new hotels will appeal to a wide range of guests, from international football fans and business travellers to wellness-minded holidaymakers. Located in northern Jeddah, they are close to key infrastructure such as King Abdulaziz International Airport, shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues.
