IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of a new Vignette Collection property in Ho Chi Minh City, in partnership with LCK Hospitality Company Limited, marking the brand’s debut in Vietnam’s largest metropolis and its second signing in the country. The 52-key hotel is set to open later this year, joining IHG’s fast-growing Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio, which now includes 23 open Vignette Collection hotels and 38 in the pipeline globally.
Located in the heart of the city, just minutes from cultural landmarks such as Ben Thanh Market, Independence Palace, and the Saigon Opera House, the hotel will offer guests a one-of-a-kind stay experience inspired by Vietnamese artistry and heritage. Positioned near antique and art galleries and the Fine Arts Museum, the property will reflect the creative spirit of its surroundings.
“We’re excited to keep growing our leading position in luxury hospitality in Vietnam,” said Dinh Trong Khoa, Director of Development, Vietnam, IHG Hotels & Resorts. “This hotel will bring our shared vision to life and deliver memorable experiences for years to come.”
“As art dealers, we want to showcase the rich artistry of Vietnamese charm and culture,” added Trang Hai Dang, Director of Asset Management, LCK Hospitality Company Limited. “This partnership with IHG allows us to do just that.”
The new hotel follows the successful launch of Moire Hoi An, Vignette Collection by IHG, and reinforces IHG’s commitment to expanding its presence in Vietnam, where it currently operates 20 hotels under eight brands, with 22 more in the pipeline.
Notably, 60% of IHG’s Vietnam portfolio falls within the Luxury & Lifestyle segment, including brands such as Six Senses, Regent, InterContinental, and Hotel Indigo.
Vietnam’s tourism sector continues to thrive, with 10.7 million international visitors in the first half of 2025, a 21% year-on-year increase driven by visa-free travel and expanded flight connectivity. Ho Chi Minh City alone welcomed 3.8 million international visitors, up 44% from the previous year.
