IDeaS, a SAS company and global leader in hospitality revenue management technology, has announced a new partnership with Elaf Group, one of Saudi Arabia’s most respected hotel operators.
The collaboration will see the implementation of IDeaS G3 Revenue Management System across four Elaf properties in Madinah, Riyadh, and the Red Sea region, marking a significant step in both companies’ commitment to data-driven growth and operational excellence.
Supporting Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030
This partnership aligns with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which includes the development of 362,000 new hotel rooms under a US$110 billion hospitality expansion initiative. IDeaS already supports 144 hotels across Saudi Arabia, and demand for its solutions continues to grow.
Scaling with Precision and Profitability
Elaf Group, which plans to double its hotel portfolio, selected IDeaS for its ability to deliver accurate forecasting, dynamic pricing, and inventory control—all managed by a centralised team. The G3 RMS platform will enable Elaf to make smarter decisions, optimise group business, and balance demand across seasonal and pilgrimage-driven markets like Madinah.
“IDeaS is a reliable partner who will help us drive the revenue growth needed for our expansion,” said Mohamed Abbas, Commercial & Revenue Director at Elaf Group.
Technology That Understands Market Complexity
The G3 RMS’s Group Pricing capabilities allow Elaf to evaluate the full value of group bookings and displaced business, helping them accept the most profitable opportunities. This is especially critical in cities like Jeddah and Madinah, where demand fluctuates with religious tourism and leisure travel.
“The system empowers Elaf to navigate complex, seasonally dynamic markets while capturing revenue from growing demand in Riyadh,” added Ibrahim Saba, Principal Sales Director at IDeaS.
This partnership not only strengthens Elaf’s operational agility but also assures IDeaS’ role as a key enabler of smart hospitality growth in the region.
