HotelHub, a leading hotel technology provider for global travel management companies (TMCs), has announced a major integration with SAP Concur’s newly enhanced Concur Travel platform. Through the Hotel Connector, TMCs now gain seamless access to HotelHub’s multi-source content aggregation technology, unlocking a new era of streamlined, policy-compliant hotel booking.
This integration removes long-standing barriers in hotel distribution, enabling TMCs to deliver richer, more relevant content to corporate clients directly within the Concur Travel workflow. The result is a frictionless booking experience that combines efficiency, control, and commercial advantage.
Key Features of the Integration
TMCs using the new Concur Travel platform can now access:
- Dynamic configuration of GDS and non-GDS hotel content
- Content de-duplication and normalisation for cleaner search results
- Full PNR integration and end-to-end agency workflow
- Enhanced search filters and detailed property information
- Travel policy compliance built into the booking flow
“The HotelHub integration into SAP Concur’s Hotel Connector will empower TMCs to deliver the right content, in the right place, at the right price,” said Paul Raymond, Chief Commercial Officer at HotelHub. “It reinforces their value proposition to customers.”
Rapid Deployment and Scalable Growth
HotelHub’s proven tech infrastructure allows for rapid implementation of the new integration, with several joint customers already in the rollout phase. The first launches are expected in Q3 2025, with scope to expand across new markets and content providers as demand grows.
This partnership reflects a broader industry shift toward smarter, more connected travel ecosystems, where TMCs can optimise visibility of preferred content, drive better commercial outcomes, and meet evolving client expectations without disrupting existing workflows.
