This partnership combines HBX Group’s global presence with Civitfun’s expertise in hotel technology, which spans 60 PMS platforms and services over 3,500 clients across 36 countries. Together, the two companies aim to create a smart hospitality platform that improves operational efficiency, offers seamless guest experiences, and unlocks new revenue opportunities for hotels.

One of the most impactful features of this collaboration is Civitfun’s advanced online check-in system. Available both remotely via URL and onsite at the hotel front desk, this innovative tool eliminates waiting times, allowing guests to check in effortlessly. The platform also integrates seamlessly with major online travel agencies (OTAs) and hotel distribution channels, making it the most comprehensive solution of its kind.
Beyond check-in, the new digital ecosystem will introduce flexible upselling and cross-selling opportunities, personalised guest communication tools, and intelligent automation—all designed to make hotel stays smoother and more tailored to individual needs.
