Groups360 has announced a strategic partnership with Hyatt to introduce instant online booking capabilities for group stays and meetings. The integration of Hyatt’s global portfolio into the GroupSync Marketplace is scheduled to go live in early 2026.
This collaboration will allow meeting and event planners to access real-time rates and availability for Hyatt properties worldwide, streamlining the booking process and reducing reliance on traditional Request for Proposal (RFP) methods. Through direct integration with Hyatt’s systems, planners will be able to instantly book guest rooms, meeting spaces, catering, and AV equipment, all in a single online transaction.
Steve Enselein, Senior Vice President of Events at Hyatt, said, “We are meeting event planners where they are in this evolving industry. By offering instant group booking through GroupSync, we will equip planners with the insight and flexibility they need to tailor the ideal stay experience for each group.”
The move is part of Hyatt’s broader commitment to enhancing its Together by Hyatt platform, which focuses on delivering seamless and personalised group experiences. The integration with GroupSync will also support more complex events, allowing planners to submit streamlined RFPs when needed.
Kemp Gallineau, CEO of Groups360, praised Hyatt’s forward-thinking approach: “Hyatt has consistently demonstrated its dedication to group meeting and event planners. Their inclusion in GroupSync Marketplace will meet the evolving needs of the market while improving the experience for all attendees and stakeholders.”
Currently, select Hyatt properties are available on GroupSync for simplified RFP submissions. With the upcoming rollout, planners will gain access to instant booking across 32,000 cities, including the top 50 group travel destinations worldwide.
This partnership marks a significant step in digital transformation for the hospitality industry, offering planners speed, transparency, and convenience in an increasingly competitive market.
