GCC Hotel & Club has announced a 15% increase in revenue and online bookings following its continued partnership with global hospitality technology provider STAAH. Located in Mira Road, Mumbai, the expansive five-acre property features 106 rooms, 110 serviced apartments, and 42 conference and banquet spaces, catering to both leisure and business travellers.
Streamlining Operations and Boosting Direct Bookings
To modernise its operations, GCC adopted STAAH’s Booking Engine and MAX Channel Manager, enabling real-time updates of rates and availability across major OTAs. This integration has significantly reduced overbooking risks and improved operational efficiency.
The hotel also implemented STAAH’s WatchMyRate feature, which displays competitor pricing directly on its website, encouraging guests to book direct. Combined with Dynamic Rate Management, GCC has been able to optimise both occupancy and average room rates, driving profitability in a competitive market.
“GCC is probably one of the first hotels to use STAAH almost a decade ago,” said Garfield Soares, Group Director Sales & Marketing. “Our goal was to focus on revenue optimisation rather than administrative tasks, and STAAH has consistently delivered upgrades that enhance our strategy and guest experience.”
A Long-Term Partnership Built on Innovation
GCC Hotel & Club’s success story underscores the value of long-term tech partnerships in hospitality. With STAAH’s evolving suite of tools, the hotel has maintained its reputation for exceptional service while embracing digital transformation to stay ahead of market demands.
