Ensana Hotels, Europe’s foremost health spa hotel group, has reported a dramatic uplift in digital marketing performance following its partnership with Cendyn, the global hospitality technology provider. By adopting Cendyn’s Digital Marketing Platform (DMP), Ensana has achieved a 141% increase in direct bookings and a 115% rise in revenue from metasearch campaigns year-on-year.

Faced with rising costs and limited flexibility from its previous provider, Ensana sought a solution that would allow full control over campaign management while improving return on ad spend (ROAS).

The platform’s bidding automation and data insights enabled superior performance across several Hotel Booking Platforms.

- 29.6x annual ROAS, up 4% from 2023
- 141% growth in direct bookings via metasearch
- 115% increase in revenue from metasearch campaigns
- 37% rise in clicks for Tripadvisor Sponsored Placement ads
