B2 Boutique and Budget Hotels, part of Thailand’s GPCM Group, has announced a strategic partnership with global travel technology leader Amadeus. The collaboration will see B2 Hotels adopt the iHotelier Suite, a comprehensive set of solutions designed to transform the guest booking journey from initial search to post-stay engagement.
This agreement marks one of the largest hospitality tech deals in the Asia Pacific region, showing the growing demand for fully integrated, scalable technology that enhances both operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
By implementing Amadeus’ Central Reservations System, Website solutions, and Guest Management Solutions (GMS), B2 Hotels will deliver a seamless, personalised experience that recognises returning guests, tailors offers, and enables targeted communications across all digital touchpoints.
“Partnering with Amadeus represents a key milestone for us,” said Dr. Niran Chawla, Founder and CEO of B2 Hotels. “We needed a technology partner that could support our ambitions and elevate the guest experience. Amadeus delivers the integration and scalability that aligns perfectly with our growth vision.”
Amadeus’ Vice President for Asia Pacific Hospitality, Paul Wilson, added, “This partnership shows a shift in how regional hotel groups approach technology. Together, we’re setting a new standard for delivering personalised, end-to-end guest experiences at scale.”
With 76 properties currently operating across Thailand and a target of 100 hotels by mid-2027, GPCM Group’s expansion is set to benefit significantly from this digital transformation.
