Mews, the leading hospitality operating system, has been appointed as the property management solution for Ash Hotels, the acclaimed American hotel group celebrated for transforming historic buildings into vibrant community landmarks.
All five Ash properties- Hotel Peter & Paul, The Siren, Neptune, Ulysses, and the soon-to-launch Shenandoah Mansions in Virginia- are set to be fully integrated with the Mews platform by year-end.

By adopting Mews’ contemporary property management system, Ash Hotels will eliminate labour-intensive manual tasks and enable seamless sharing of guest data across its portfolio. Enhanced reporting and guest intelligence capabilities will empower staff to instantly identify VIPs and frequent visitors, laying the groundwork for a new loyalty programme.
