American Liberty Hospitality (ALH) has deepened its strategic partnership with global hospitality technology provider Shiji, expanding the deployment of its Infrasys POS suite, including the mobile-first Infrasys POS Move and Stellaris Digital Dine, across seven of its hotel properties. This marks a pivotal step in ALH’s commitment to modernising operations and enhancing guest experiences through agile, cloud-based solutions.
The latest rollout includes ALH’s newest acquisition, the Hilton Houston Westchase, a 275-room property that went live earlier this year.
The hotel has adopted Infrasys POS Move, Shiji’s iOS-based mobile point-of-sale system, to streamline food and beverage operations and bring service directly to guests, whether poolside, at pop-up events, or in meeting spaces.
Mobility Meets Enterprise Stability
By standardising operations on Infrasys POS, ALH has achieved greater consistency across its diverse brand portfolio. The addition of Infrasys POS Move introduces a mobile-first layer that empowers staff to take orders and process payments at the point of interaction, eliminating bottlenecks and improving service speed.
The system ensures the same level of accuracy and reporting as traditional terminals, while offering the flexibility to scale service dynamically.
