Aman has revealed its latest residential masterpiece in the heart of Southern Utah’s desert expanse: Aman Residences, Amangiri. Framed by the dunes, plateaus, and ridges of Canyon Country, the collection of private homes offers a rare blend of architectural precision, spiritual serenity, and immersive luxury.
Designed by Marwan Al Sayed, one of the original architects behind the iconic Amangiri resort, the residences reflect a design philosophy rooted in bio-mimicry and harmony with the land. Poured concrete walls echo the tones of the desert, while pools mirror natural watering holes formed after rainfall, creating a seamless dialogue between built form and nature.
“Each residence is a sculptural response to the desert’s topography,” said Al Sayed. “They’re composed as a series of volumes that complement the land, allowing architecture and nature to coexist.”
Grand Villa: A Sanctuary of Organic Elegance
At the heart of the offering is the six-bedroom Grand Villa, set across nine acres with panoramic views of the Grand Staircase-Escalante. Spanning 1,115 square metres, the residence features loggia pavilions, expansive indoor-outdoor living spaces, and a 36-metre pool embraced by rock formations. Completion is slated for autumn 2025.
Desert Living, Aman Style
Set apart from the main resort, each residence occupies a unique plot that interplays with the surrounding landscape. Owners enjoy full access to Amangiri’s renowned amenities, including its 25,000-square-foot spa, curated dining experiences, and bespoke adventure programming. From private chefs and butlers to canyon excursions and wellness rituals, the Aman lifestyle is delivered with signature discretion and detail.
With plots ranging from five to nineteen acres and layouts spanning four to eight bedrooms, the homes offer a rare opportunity for permanent immersion into one of the world’s most revered hospitality brands.
