Global hospitality technology leaders Amadeus and Shiji have announced an expanded partnership aimed at transforming the way hotels manage and deploy mission-critical systems. The agreement enables hoteliers to license and bundle top-tier solutions from both companies through a single provider, streamlining vendor management and enhancing operational efficiency.
The collaboration brings together a robust portfolio of industry-leading products, including Shiji’s Daylight Property Management System (PMS) and Infrasys Point-of-Sale (POS), alongside Amadeus’ HotSOS, Delphi, iHotelier, and Central Reservation System (ACRS). This integration marks a significant step toward solving long-standing challenges in the hospitality sector, such as system fragmentation, lack of connectivity, and limited personalisation.
A Unified Ecosystem for Hoteliers
The partnership introduces a fully integrated technology stack that covers property management, reservations, sales and catering, hotel operations, and point-of-sale systems. A key innovation is the new ACRS integration, which supports single-image inventory management at the attribute level, enabling more personalised guest experiences and advanced merchandising strategies across all channels.
Hotels can now access Shiji’s Daylight PMS via Amadeus, and vice versa, with bundled licensing options that simplify procurement and support. Despite the integration, both companies will continue to operate independently, maintaining separate service infrastructures and data hosting protocols.
