Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Middle East’s inaugural Hotel Guest Experience Forum (HGEF), proudly produced by Redd Media. Held on 4th June 2025 at Fairmont The Palm, Dubai, this landmark event brought together 80+ senior hotel leaders from across the region for a full day of strategic discussions, networking, and actionable insights — all centered around elevating the guest experience.

The feedback we received was overwhelmingly positive, with many attendees praising the niche and forward-thinking content as a refreshing departure from traditional industry events. Our agenda focused on practical innovation to move the guest experience forward – and it delivered.

For the first time, we also introduced one-to-one meetings powered by our own custom-built App, creating a structured yet flexible way for attendees to connect with purpose. It was a great experience overall, and we’re excited to refine and expand this benefit for all participants at our next event in London 2025.

From tailored networking to engaging panels and leadership insights, the Forum created a unique environment where hoteliers and solution providers aligned around a shared vision for transforming the guest journey.

HGEF Dubai builds on the momentum of our London 2024 edition, which welcomed over 120 attendees from 67 hotel brands, as we continue growing a global community focused on innovation, collaboration, and guest-centric excellence.
