Bio
Lucy Wilson ACIM has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Lucy began their career at Centrica as a Learning Partner and later transitioned into the role of a Black Belt Six Sigma Analyst. Lucy then joined AMP Financial Services as a Learning and Development Consultant, where they played a vital role in a large-scale pension product launch project. Lucy then moved on to Thomson Reuters as a Senior Instructional Designer, leading a project team in the development of bespoke e-learning programs. Lucy later joined Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide as an Area Director of Operational Innovation, managing a team of project managers and delivering process improvement projects. Lucy then joined Marriott International as a Director of Change and Communications, where they led the “People side of Change” across 300+ properties. Lucy subsequently took on the role of Director of Loyalty Marketing, leading engagement and marketing activities for the Club Marriott F&B Loyalty program across the Asia Pacific region. Currently, Lucy is working at Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts as a Senior Director of Brand Loyalty.
Lucy Wilson ACIM has pursued education from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing, where they obtained various certifications such as CIM ACIM Member, Leading Change, Contemporary Challenges, Certificate in Professional Marketing (Digital Marketing), and Planning Campaigns.
