Having held leadership roles at global brands including IHG, Hilton, and
Mandarin Oriental, Jamie has deep expertise in optimising commercial strategies, brand loyalty programs, refining customer experiences, and assessing the impact of digital and distribution models on business performance.
As SVP Global Channels & Transformation Lead at IHG Hotels & Resorts, Jamie led multi-billion-dollar revenue channels, overseeing digital, distribution, call centres and customer engagement strategies across multiple markets. This included evaluating the commercial impact of key business initiatives, optimising customer segmentation, and working across internal and external partners to refine strategies that enhance both revenue contribution and customer satisfaction.
At Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Jamie was responsible for shaping the group’s global digital strategy, integrating personalisation into customer interactions, and ensuring digital channels supported broader commercial objectives.
