Antonio brings a diverse background in finance management, having developed expertise in international settings. Most recently, he served as Finance Manager for Marine and Shipboard Operations at The Ritz Carlton Yacht Collection in Monaco, where he managed the financial planning and cost management for the entire company’s operations. Before that, he was the Marine Operations Finance Manager at Silversea Cruises, leading financial planning initiatives and cost-optimization projects that supported brand quality. He also served as Financial Controller at Silversea, overseeing finances for both the Marine Operations and Hotel divisions. Earlier in his career, Antonio worked as well at Deloitte & Touche, gaining valuable experience in audit and assurance across various industries.

In his role with Kempinski, Antonio he develops and implements financial strategies to optimize costs and enhance profitability while supporting annual budgeting and forecasting processes. He monitors costs across regions to identify savings opportunities, ensure compliance with financial controls, and provide accurate financial reporting to drive informed decision-making. Antonio’s expertise in budget management and his commitment to enhancing financial processes make him an excellent addition to our team.
