Håvard Uglem Hovdahl is the Vice President of Loyalty and CRM at Strawberry, formerly Nordic Choice Hotels, one of the largest hotel chains in the Nordics with over 240 hotels across the region. With a decade of in-depth experience in the hospitality industry, Håvard has been instrumental in driving transformative initiatives, including the rebranding from Nordic Choice Hotels to Strawberry and the launch of innovative loyalty programs like Spenn, a shared loyalty currency with Norwegian.

Starting his journey as a corporate trainee, Håvard rapidly advanced through roles such as head of the Nordic customer service center, strategy lead, and Director of Operations for eBerry, Strawberry’s digital innovation arm. His strategic vision and focus on customer experience have been pivotal in shaping Strawberry’s loyalty program, emphasizing seamless digital guest journeys and personalized experiences. Håvard is a passionate advocate for building customer loyalty through exceptional hospitality, leveraging advanced technologies like the Salesforce stack to create scalable, guest-centric solutions.
