Patrick Antaki is a seasoned hospitality leader with over 30 years of experience, appointed as Vice President of Operations, Middle East, for Valor Hospitality Partners, effective January 2025. Renowned for operational excellence and a deep understanding of the Middle East’s dynamic market, Patrick has held senior management roles with global brands such as Hilton, Le Méridien, and Forte Hotels, starting his career in the UK in the mid-1980s. His leadership at iconic properties, including Al Maha Desert Resort & Spa and Le Méridien Al Aqah Beach Resort, has set benchmarks in guest experience and innovation.

As the founder of a successful hospitality consulting firm, Patrick demonstrated his entrepreneurial vision and business acumen. His commitment to community service is equally notable, having served as Governor and Treasurer of the Dubai English Speaking School & College, a Board Member for the Fujairah Tourism & Antiquities Authority, and a Community Board Member for the Higher Colleges of Technology in Fujairah. Since 2005, he has also led initiatives for the UAE Championships, enriching local communities.
