As a General Manager at Pyramisa Hotel Dubai, I oversee the operations, financial performance, and guest satisfaction of one of the fastest growing hotel brands in Africa & Middle East. With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have had the privilege of living and working in diverse regions, including Africa, Europe, and the Middle East, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my role.
My core competencies include yield management, revenue analysis, strategic business management, and turnaround execution. I am a results-oriented and dedicated business professional who strives to deliver high-quality service, enhance profitability, and optimize efficiency.
Making sure our guests and my team are happy is my top priority. I’m committed to providing an outstanding experience for each guest because I know their satisfaction is crucial to our success.
