Bio

With an extensive and dynamic career spanning continents and decades, Scot Turner stands out as a thought leader in the hospitality industry. His experience was honed in the bustling environments of high-profile establishments across England, Europe, and the Middle East, but it is Scot’s passion for innovation that truly sets him apart.

As the Founder of Auden Hospitality, Scot spearheads creative thinking and forward-facing strategies to elevate the hospitality sector beyond the ordinary.

His journey began in luxury hotels, but in 2015, he transitioned to independent restaurants, quickly discovering that restauranteurs think differently than hoteliers.

This shift allowed him to complete projects in 14 countries across Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East.

Scot has collaborated with prestigious brands and renowned chefs such as Dorchester Collection, InterContinental Hotels, Alain Ducasse, Dominique Ansel, Greg Malouf, Frederic Vardon, and Asia de Cuba. His successful career spans luxury hotels, upscale and casual restaurants, events, and QSR sectors.

By the end of 2021, as COO of a global investment firm, Scot realised that the skills he honed as a restaurateur could benefit hoteliers. Feedback highlighted persistent challenges in Food and Beverage, inspiring Scot to bring his restaurant expertise back to the hotel industry.

Through Auden Hospitality, he encourages hoteliers to think differently about their F&B to create outlets guests will love. Scot’s people-centric approach is evident in his work with The Burnt Chef Project, where he serves as a Chief Ambassador to improve conditions for industry workers.

Fast forward two years, Auden Hospitality is an award-winning agency recognised for its unique consultancy and operational expertise with projects across the world. Scot’s real-life global knowledge and experience make him a valuable asset to any hospitality project.
