Bio
Eva Klausner originally comes from traditional hospitality. After studying at one of Austria’s most prestigious hospitality schools, she worked in various capacities at hotels across Europe and the United States. From there, she completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in International Business in Innsbruck and London and migrated into the world of start-ups, working in Silicon Valley and later Berlin.
Eva has been with Numa since shortly after its conception. Now, as the company’s Director of Guest Experience, Eva has developed a customer experience team from a handful of local specialists to more than 90 experts from across Europe. Innovative and driven, Eva has put a focus on customer satisfaction, frictionless digital customer experiences, and scalability, all while cultivating a work environment that favors professional growth, recruiting & hiring the best talents from across the world, and high employee retention. Her efforts form the foundation of her firm’s concept: a professional, industry-leading, and highly scalable online & offline customer experience concept for modern travelers.
